The Practice

Through estate planning, we help clients direct who will receive their property upon death. This can be accomplished through wills, trusts, beneficiary designations, and various types of deeds. We tailor each plan to each client’s needs and wants. We finish our plans top to bottom including transferring assets to trusts, filling out beneficiary designation forms, and preparing and filing of deeds. We also prepare powers of attorney for our clients so they can decide now who will make financial and medical decisions if they become unable to make those decisions themselves.

We also assist clients with probate and trust administration after a loved one has passed. Probate and trust administration can feel overwhelming and daunting, so we want to provide compassionate and efficient legal services during this difficult time.

Furthermore, we create business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies, and limited liability limited partnerships. Each type of entity provides different levels of protection for the business owner. They also have their own tax benefits and consequences. We guide clients through selecting the entity that is in their best interests.
