Mike Munnerlyn, a native of Lonoke, is a 1991 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, cum laude, with an undergraduate degree in accounting. Mike received his law degree in 1994 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. He also earned a Masters of Law degree in taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Florida College of Law. Mike is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Probate & Estate Planning and Tax Law Sections. Mike has twice been recognized by the Arkansas Times as one of Arkansas’ Best Lawyers in the areas of Tax and Wills. Mike practices statewide primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Taxation, Business Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration.

Kayla Smith-Holzer, a native of Hot Springs, is a 2011 graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, cum laude, with an undergraduate degree in political science and history.
Kayla received her law degree in 2014 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. Kayla is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Probate & Estate Planning and Tax Law Sections. She is also participating in the 2019-2020 Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute Envoys Ambassador Program. Kayla practices statewide primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Planning, and Probate.
