Mike Munnerlyn, a native of Lonoke, is a 1991 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, cum laude, with an undergraduate degree in accounting. Mike received his law degree in 1994 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. He also earned a Masters of Law degree in taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Florida College of Law. Mike practices statewide primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Taxation, Business Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration. Mike was recently named in SoirĂ©e’s 2019 list of Best Lawyers for the category of Trust & Estate. Previously, he was recognized by the Arkansas Times as one of Arkansas’ Best Lawyers in the areas of Tax and Wills.
Mike lives in Maumelle with his wife, Lynnlee, and two children. In his free time, he enjoys playing softball and attending Arkansas Razorback basketball games.
Kayla Smith-Holzer, a native of Hot Springs, is a 2011 graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, cum laude, with an undergraduate degree in political science and history. Kayla received her law degree in 2014 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. Kayla practices statewide primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Planning, and Probate. She is currently participating in the 2019-2020 Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute Envoys Ambassador Program.
Kayla lives in Little Rock with her husband, Ricky, and their two dogs. In her free time, Kayla enjoys cooking and, when time allows, traveling.
